Drivers Registration Form
Joining Capital Transfer Cars as a driver is free of charge, but we will need certain information and documents so that we can verify your identity.
Documents you will need to upload:
- Headshot photograph
- Driving license photocard
- Utility bill (proof of address)
- Private hire driving license
- Private hire car license
- Vehicle certificate of compliance
- Private hire insurance
IMPORTANT: Your headshot photograph should be in the ‘selfie’ style and not a photo of your private hire ID badge or passport photo.
