We offer two types of pickup services:

  1. Meet & Greet – Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a ‘Meet & Greet’ board displaying your name.
  2. Standard Pickup – If you do not select the Meet & Greet option during the booking process, you will receive an automatic email titled “Your Transfer Instructions.” This email will include detailed information and an attached map showing the designated meeting point with your driver.

Regardless of the pickup option, you will receive your driver’s contact details 24 hrs before your scheduled transfer. We strongly recommend contacting your driver in advance to help facilitate a smooth pickup.

You won’t be charged for flight delays. We monitor all flights closely and adjust the driver’s schedule based on your actual arrival time.

Just make sure you’ve provided the correct flight number when booking so we can track your flight accurately.

Once your booking is confirmed, our system automatically creates a dedicated account for you, where you can view and manage your transfer details.

You can make changes free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Please note that the booking fields are locked once the 24-hour window has passed, and any modifications will incur additional charges. An administration fee of £20.00 + VAT will apply.

While we strive to offer maximum flexibility, this policy helps us efficiently manage our operations and ensure a seamless experience for all our clients.

One-Way Booking: This is a single journey from point A to point B, such as from the airport to your hotel. The price is based on the number of miles traveled.

Return Booking: This includes a two-way journey, such as from the airport to your hotel and then back from the hotel to the airport a few days later.

It would be helpful if you could provide us with your flight number. From that, we can take care of the rest. Don’t worry if you’re unsure of the terminal number – we’ve got it covered.

Our prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, if you require any additional drop-offs, pickups, or route diversions, additional charges will apply.
